About DATAPART Factoring GmbH

A ledger-side view of factoring, written to be read.

We are a small editorial team based in Ludwigsburg, Germany, publishing plain-language explanations of factoring and receivables financing. We do not sell financing — we explain it.

Our origin

Why we started publishing about factoring

DATAPART Factoring GmbH began as an internal glossary project: a way of keeping definitions of advance rates, recourse terms, and reserve accounts consistent across a small finance team. We noticed how much publicly available material on factoring assumed prior knowledge, or was written by parties with a product to sell.

We rebuilt that glossary into a public, informational website. Our editorial standard is simple: describe how receivables financing works, in neutral terms, without recommending or promoting any specific provider, product, or transaction.

How we work

Editorial principles behind every page

Neutral language

We describe mechanisms and terminology rather than promoting outcomes. Where figures such as advance rates appear, we frame them as commonly cited ranges, not offers.

No transactions

This website does not process applications, quotes, or payments. We do not act as a factor, broker, or lender, and we hold no client funds or receivables.

Kept current

We periodically review published pages against publicly available regulatory and industry sources referenced in our Terms of Service.

The team

A small, focused editorial group

DATAPART Factoring GmbH is operated by a compact team of editors and finance writers who research, draft, and review each published explainer before it goes live. We do not publish author bylines with personal financial claims; instead, every page carries the same institutional accountability and contact route below.

Editorial research

Drafts factoring and receivables explainers from public regulatory guidance, standard industry references, and commercial law commentary.

Review & accuracy

Checks terminology and figures against multiple public sources before a page is published or updated.

Reader support

Answers reader questions submitted through our contact page and keeps our Cookie and Privacy pages current.

Not a financial institution. DATAPART Factoring GmbH is a publisher of informational content. We are not a licensed lender, factor, payment institution, or financial advisor, and we do not offer, arrange, or process any paid financial service through this website.
